Transparency with Vora: what you get by email, step by step

Email notification with a photo of the stored package

One of the most common worries with remote storage is losing track of your things — you send them off and then just wait and hope everything’s fine. With Vora, it doesn’t have to be that way: you get an email update at the key stages of your package’s journey, not just at the end.

When you get an email

Notifications arrive on every status change your package goes through — from pickup and transport to the warehouse, through packing and storage placement, to a return request and final delivery (and if an order is cancelled). It doesn’t matter whether the change was triggered by our team or came in automatically from the courier — you get an email either way. You don’t need to keep checking the app to know what’s happening; an email lets you know as soon as something changes.

A photo when your package is placed in storage

When your package reaches its spot in the warehouse, the email about it doesn’t just confirm that — it includes a photo of the package as it’s stored. That gives you real, visual confirmation that your item is safely in place, instead of relying on a text message alone.

Why this matters

Classic storage often means you have no visibility into what happens to your things after you hand them over. Regular updates and a photo at the storage step solve exactly that problem — you know exactly where your package is and what condition it’s in, without needing to reach out to anyone to check.

If you’re curious what the whole process looks like, from ordering to return, check out the How it works page.
