How courier selection works with Vora

On-demand storage stands or falls on the part a customer never directly sees — transport. If pickup or return is unpredictable, all the flexibility around storage periods stops mattering. That’s why courier selection is built into the ordering flow itself, not left to a follow-up phone call.
You choose a courier before you confirm the order
When you configure a package — dimensions, weight, storage period — the system immediately shows the transport price for the available couriers, calculated from your package’s weight and size. You see the exact price before confirming the order, not an estimate that changes later.
The same principle applies to returns
When you request the return of a stored package, you choose a courier again — independently of the one that handled pickup. That means changing your address or preferred courier between pickup and return isn’t a problem; each request is handled on its own.
What happens after pickup
Once the courier picks up your package, every status change is logged on the order — from pickup, through arrival at the warehouse, to the final return. You don’t need to call anyone to check where your package is; the order history in the app is always up to date.
Why an upfront price matters
With classic storage, transport is often a separate cost you only find out about after negotiating with a carrier. With Vora, the courier price is part of the same estimate you see for storage — all of it, before you confirm anything. For more on how pricing works, see the Pricing page.
